Services
As a young child grows and develops their unique identity, they face various social problems and challenges regulating their emotions.
I use therapeutic play to support children develop language and adapt effective ways to express, understand and communicate their feelings for a variety of issues such as:
-
separation anxiety,
-
anger and frustration
-
tantrums and outbursts
-
fighting in school
-
lack of friendships
-
bullying
-
shutting down
Play Therapy encourages young children to explore their inner world and navigate it in a healthy way allowing children to feel safe to express their thoughts and feelings during in person sessions.

Everyday life for young people can be complicated and feel overwhelming, especially in today's world dominated by social media and a fear of missing out. The life events and transitions they face including school, work, relationships and family can cause one to feel out of control.
I provide a safe space to young people for a variety of issues such as:
-
anxiety
-
depression
-
social isolation
-
self-identity
-
belonging and social pressure
-
academic pressure
-
self-harm
-
eating disorders
A mixture of talking and creative art-based therapy encourages young people to effectively process their experiences and emotions and can be delivered both in person and online.
